Refund policy

What can I return?

You may request returns for all the items you buy from Lumi Arabia that are within the return window (4-7 days from the date of purchase). Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing items, defective, or different from its description on the product detail page on Lumi Arabia.

How to return items?

Go to Returns & fill up the Product Returns form to initiate a return.

Exchange of the product can be done with in 1-2 days

What are the return guidelines?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed.
  • refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If the standard time frame mentioned above has expired and you still have not received your refund:

  1. Please contact your credit/debit card issuer or bank for more information.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We exchange if they are undamaged & unused.
If you need to exchange it for the same item:

Cancellation

  • In case of cancellations, if it complies with our cancellation policy, the amount already paid (online transaction mode) will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.

  • Orders can we cancelled with 24hrs, Post that it cannot be considered.
